The work tends to sit at the point where strategy meets execution: helping a leadership team translate an ambition into an operating model, a commercial motion, or a technology roadmap that actually changes the economics of the business. Strategic Advisor, Movable Voice

- Advise the co-founder and CEO on go-to-market strategy, commercialization, and product-market fit for Workfone, a voice app for frontline work.
- Help steer early pipeline toward high-velocity, mid-tier enterprise targets.
- Advise on organizational, legal, and regulatory barriers to enterprise AI adoption, including change management and BYOD security.
- Serve alongside senior operators from PolyAI, Beekeeper, Rilla, and Virgin Media O2.

- Advised on curriculum strategy and the development of the school's entrepreneurial ecosystem, bringing an operator's and founder's perspective to how future founders are taught.
