I lead the operating machine behind ambitious organizations. Across financial services, technology, security and services, and multinational businesses, my work has followed a single arc: take strategy and turn it into operating models, accountability, metrics and execution.

I've restructured businesses that had outgrown their operating models, scaled teams across borders, and used technology - most recently AI - as a lever that changes the economics of how work actually gets done.
